Who is responsible

Austin Slater trading as Tennard Studio is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Contact slater.austin@protonmail.com with privacy questions or requests.

What we collect and why

When you request a creative audit or contact us, we receive your name, email address, brand website, any optional priorities and subsequent correspondence. We use this information to assess your enquiry, respond, prepare proposals and manage the relationship. Please provide public links and avoid sending sensitive information or passwords.

Cloudflare processes technical information, such as IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the website. FormSubmit.co processes the details you submit through the enquiry form to forward them to us and prevent spam.

Our lawful bases

We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, managing professional relationships and protecting the website, taking your interests and rights into account. Where you personally ask us to take steps towards a contract, or we fulfil a contract with you, we rely on contractual necessity where applicable. We may retain information to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Service providers and sharing

Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. FormSubmit.co processes and forwards enquiry submissions. Proton Mail handles our enquiry correspondence. These providers process information to deliver their services. We do not sell enquiry information. We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to obtain professional advice.

The enquiry form sends you to FormSubmit.co for processing and its spam verification. We keep the provider's reCAPTCHA protection enabled. Where Google reCAPTCHA verification is used, Google processes information for that verification on the external provider's pages; its cookies and processing are governed by its own policies.

Provider processing may involve countries outside the UK. Contact us for information about the applicable arrangements and safeguards.

How long we keep information

We review unsuccessful or inactive enquiries after 12 months from the last meaningful contact and delete information no longer needed. This is a retention review, not automatic deletion at 12 months. Client, contractual, accounting and dispute records may need to be kept longer to fulfil the service, meet applicable legal requirements or deal with claims. We restrict access and retain only what is necessary for the relevant purpose.

Providers may also keep processing records under their own terms. FormSubmit.co's help page states that submissions awaiting form activation are retained for 30 days. That statement does not establish a deletion deadline for every provider record or for correspondence delivered to our mailbox.

Website analytics and cookies

This standalone website has no analytics enabled and does not set optional analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting and security processing still occur. External FormSubmit.co and Google verification pages may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. If we introduce optional tracking tools, we will update this notice and provide consent controls where required.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Rights are subject to legal conditions and exemptions. Contact slater.austin@protonmail.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity securely. We do not use enquiry data to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
